It is our pleasure to offer our comments on the service and integrity of one of your agents, John Robinson.
We were introduced to JR in March of this year at which time we expressed to him our interest in buying a second home on Hilton Head Island. After gathering all of the essential details as to the style, approximate location and our price range, JR went to work immediately on our behalf, and sent us pictures and details of available properties that he thought would interest us. After narrowing our choices among those listings that he sent, we scheduled a weekend trip to Hilton Head in May.
Knowing that our visit would be brief, JR was exceptionally well prepared to show our family several homes and condos that weekend. As we toured these properties, JR was able to further assess our primary home interest, and this experienced insight further helped him--and us--to further narrow our choices.
Over the course of those three days, JR made what could have been an exhaustive experience a most enjoyable, pleasant and productive one. He demonstrated his kindness, patience, professionalism and integrity throughout our time together, and because of his considerable knowledge of the market, as well as the excellent relationships that he has developed with fellow realtors, mortgage lenders and closing attorneys, we not only found a home that we truly love, but we were also able to reach an agreement on the sale price and secure a mortgage lender who would provide us with a pre-qualification certification. All of this within the short three weekend days of our visit!
With JR's assistance, we were able to close on our new Hilton Head home in June. Since that time, JR has remained in contact with us, periodically providing us with news of interest from the Island or just to say "Hello". This speaks volumes of his character and of the genuineness of his interest in us.
Without reservation, we would not hesitate to give our full endorsement of John Robinson, nor would we hesitate to call upon him again for any of our future real estate needs.
